Yany Grégoire honoured by the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science

The Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science (JAMS), which is included on the prestigious Financial Times list, presented the Outstanding Area Editor Award to Professor Yany Grégoire. The team was keen to highlight the responsiveness, dedication, quality and helpfulness demonstrated by him as Area Editor, a position that he has held since 2022.

About Yany Grégoire
Yany Grégoire has a PhD in Marketing from the University of Western Ontario and an MSc in Marketing from HEC Montréal, which he joined in 2010. He has held the Omer DeSerres Chair of Retailing since 2018, and he specializes in customer revenge and betrayal, online public complaining, relationship marketing, service failure and recovery.
He has actively published on these topics not only in the JAMS but also in other leading journals, including the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Consumer Psychology, Journal of Retailing, MIT Sloan Management Review, Journal of Service Research and Personnel Psychology. He sits on the editorial board of several of these journals and serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Service Research, the Journal of Public Policy and Marketing and Décisions Marketing.
